Each apartment is shared by 3-5 house mates. Each bedroom is rented separately. The private (and lockable) bedrooms range in price from $180.00 per week (VERY Basic) to $325.00 per week for a double room for two people. The price depends upon the level of service in the room, such as: air conditioning, a ceiling fan, cable television or a small refrigerator. Most rooms are $250 to $300 per week. For stays of 8 weeks or longer the price is less. Length of Stay: Single/1 Person Double/ 2 People 1 Week $300 ($43. per night) $350. ($50. per night) 2-3 Weeks $275. ($39. per night) $325. ($47. per night) 4+ Weeks $250. ($36. per night) $300. ($43. per night) All utilities included, weekly housekeeping service of kitchen and bathroom, free wireless internet service. Our place is great for extended vacations or people just moving to the islands while they get settled in with jobs and apartments. Plumeria's location is very convienent. We are on Piikoi, between King and Beretania Streets. The Bus routes 1,2 & 13 pass by us every 10 minutes or so. Two supermarkets (Safeway & Times) are within a block of us; and Walmart is three blocks away. google map of our location SECURITY DEPOSIT: Unless you have an ongoing plane ticket and pay for your stay in full at check in we require a $500 refundable security deposit. RESERVATIONS: We accept reservations for 2 weeks or longer in our vacation apartments. Our $180 ($26 per day) rooms are single only and are in apartments without air conditioning or tv. You do get a private locking bedroom and share the bathroom and kitchen with 4 house mates. These are great if you are only concerned with a private comfortable bed and place to shower while you spend most of your time touring or at the beach. If you cancel 14 days or more before your reservation date you will receive a 90% refund. If you cancel less than 14 days before your reservation there is no refund.
