Each living unit is structured as a three, four or five bedroom apartment which shares a common bathroom and full kitchen with a dinette common area. Each apartment is shared by 3-5 housemates. Each bedroom is lockable, and is rented separately. This allows us to rent affordably; residential rates start at about $24 per night (single occupancy), and vacation rates start at $32 per night (for a four week minimum stay). All utilities are provided and various levels of service are available for a range of prices. Plumeria's location is very convenient. We are on Piikoi St., between King and Beretania Streets. The Bus, on routes 1,2 & 13, passes by us every 10 minutes or so. Two supermarkets (Safeway & Times) are within a block of us; and Walmart is three blocks away. There are many restaurants and local businesses (such as 7-11 across the street), all within easy walking distance. Although this sounds like "downtown", our buildings were built in1953 as a low rise, low-impact residential apartment house, and as you can see from the pictures, we are a very "green" corner location.
